Australian Cattle Dog American Pit Bull Terrier Mix

From Karen: Jazz is an Australian Cattledog (Queensland Heeler) and American Pit Bull Terrier mix. He is very gentle trail dog that is afraid of cows. Brindle coat, ears like a Queensland, jaw strength of a bit, and muscular chest.

Good watchdog, plays with cats well in the house, squirrel hunter. Great dog to hike long distances with / backpack with. Loves the water more than a duck does! Very loyal.

She sticks her nose in every hole, can move logs with her mouth, shoves rocks around with her nose…….. she’s just one heck of a nosy dog! ¬†She was even bit on the nose by a rattlesnake (I strongly recommend looking into the rattlesnake vaccine if your dog is a trail tramp like mine!

I actually thought you took this picture of my dog, Founder. She is an unknown mix but looks so strikingly similar, I had to take a couple looks at the picture to make sure. Lol. This is Founder:

I also have a very similar looking dog. He’s brindle and white, but he looks a lot like this one. We’ve never found out what he is or where he came from. We adopted him in 2008 and he was already and adult. We love him! <3

Looks almost exactly like my boy Loki. I’ve been trying to figure out what he is. Is Jazz really a.c.d. pit mix?
