Molly the Lab Chow (?) Mix

Chow Chow Labrador Retriever Mix

From Amy: Molly is a rescue dog from our local Humane Society. She was about 10 weeks old when we adopted her, she is now 5 months old. We decided to adopt a puppy for our baby to grow up with. Molly was found on a road and dropped off at the shelter so we do not have any info on her accept that she is believed to be a Lab Mix possibly Chow Chow. She needed up being VERY sick but with our wonderful vet she has overcome her illness and is a happy energetic puppy. The vet says she can get up to 75lbs. I see signs of Chow she is very possessive over things and is a bit more temperamental than I would like.
However she is very friendly and good with other dogs and
animals. She loves the dog park and playing! She is also good with our children, I just need to keep an extra eye on her when the baby is with her.

I have a rescue mutt that looks very similar! She very high energy but gets along with everyone. I’ve never seen her get territorial, not even with food. When people ask me what kind of dog she is, I tell them she is a mix between a racecar and a goat. She grazes on grass and never gets sick & runs so fast!

Sounds like Molly! She is very fast and she is a handful! She is very territorial over anything she thinks is hers. She is constantly in trouble and has recently adopted a kitten my husband found. She is very funny and high energy is an understatment. She eats EVERYTHING from food to rocks! She drives us crazy but we love her!

Hello! I am 99% sure she is a Lab Chow Mix, but most likely 3/4 Lab and 1/4 Chow just like my Sophie, because she would most likely be wider I think if she had more Chow in her. 🙂

Holly cow..we got a rescue dog and she looks exactly like Molly..Could be twins. We thought she was Black Lab and irish setter because of her coat. The only difference is our “MIA” has a tinge of red hair on her ears

Your very sweet puppy looks exactly like my dog. She was having a short stay at my dads house down in St.Francois County and she escaped her pen. That was back in 2008. Do you know where they found her?

She looks exactly like mine and my lab is mixed with Irish settler!
