Redbone Coonhound German Shepherd Dog Mix
From Oscar: Buddy is 3 yrs old Redbone Coonhound German Shepherd Dog. He is a very smart, loving animal. He gets along great with kids, cats and other dogs and people. Great hunter. He tends to wander but is whistle trained so when he wanders, I blow the whistle and he returns. He doesn’t bark alot, and is pretty active. He has a mouth injury so he eats slowly and doesnt lick anyone. He does drool some though. I got him around christmas 2010. He loves ice cubes.

Your Buddy looks just like my Duke. I was shocked when I saw his picture. I had to have Duke put down April 29 2011. He had cushings disease. He was a pound rescue and was about 11 when he passed. He was the best dog. So layed back and loving. I miss him alot.
This is the only picture online that I’ve been able to find that looks like the puppy I have! The shelter said he is a German Shepard Hound mix. How much does Buddy weigh?
Buddy looks just like my Cleveland (a.k.a.The Beaver) who died 2 nights ago at the age of 12. Best dog I ever had, so laid back, loving and gentle with our kids, cats, and the other dogs who joined our family. How someone dumped him as a puppy is beyond me but I am grateful they did so my family could know the joy of having him.
