Texas a True Mutt

A True Mutt

From Julie:  Texas is energetic, sweet, loves affection from her family, but is shy of strangers. I’ve been working with her since she was a pup to overcome her shyness. I prefer to call her a “non-breed”. She is 3 years old now, and competing at the highest level of AKC agility (“excellent”). She is 19″ at the shoulders and 38 lbs. She’s a pretty dark-chocolate brown with a blacker stripe down the center of her back. She loves racing around her canine sisters.

By “guess” in the breed, I don’t mean that I am intentionally withholding the breed because I want people to guess, I’m just saying that it would be a guess, and anyone’s guess is as good as mine. The shelter said “border collie mix” but I have met a lot of people with border collies that don’t believe that, so I don’t want to publicize that.
